  • Your Employer: If you are an employee of a Corridor client, we may share information about your benefits enrollment and plan selection with your employer as necessary to administer your employer's benefits program.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

  • Business Transfers: If Corridor is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

  • With Your Consent: We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. For insurance brokerage records, we generally retain information for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of creation or the date last in effect, whichever is later, or as otherwise required by applicable state insurance regulations.
