About
Why Corridor?
I saw the team's integrity early on, and its deep commitment to quality service for a segment of the market that's often overlooked. My background is largely in partnerships, where the real test is building quality relationships and guiding clients through the decisions that matter most. Corridor is built the same way and that's what drew me in.
How do you prepare to meet a client?
I research the business, their market, and what coverage has or hasn't worked for them. Then I show up with open ears. My job in a first meeting isn't to arrive with a plan already picked, but to understand what their people actually need.
If you overheard a client describing us to another business owner one year in, what would you hope they say?
I'd hope they say they don't think about health insurance much anymore. Not that nothing ever goes wrong, but that when it does (like a surprise bill, a confused employee, a renewal that doesn't add up) they know exactly who will be reaching out. The best version would be hearing that their team noticed the difference too, not just the business owner.
What are your interests and passions outside of Corridor?
Ironically for someone who works in risk management, I have a strong sense of adventure and a love of being outdoors. I spend my free time backpacking, sailing, shooting photography, and exploring the arts.
